Local reporting, grounded in the public record
Public hearing · Dockside Village
A 71-foot tower and five rental condos are proposed at the Clam River mouth
Wednesday, November 4 · 7 p.m.
Forest Home Township Hall · 321 N. Bridge St., Bellaire
- 1The developer’s filing says its shared sewage plant is “separately permitted and approved.” As of Oct. 31, the state’s own record shows its permits still pending.
- 2The applicant’s own sewage design allocates 98.5% of the plant’s capacity to other uses, and none to the five condos, the bakery or the retail.
- 3Inside a Planned Unit Development, the township’s usual shoreline, setback and parking rules, and the developer’s own promises, bind only if they are written into the permit.
